To me the great thing about LRT is that it puts its neck out. Those of us who dabble in resource explorers and developers are by definition prepared to take risks. But our biggest risk is lack of knowledge. What I like about LRT is that their risk tolerance is up with ours minus that knowledge deficit as they have the time and expertise to do much better due diligence than what we can do. Of course the price is going to bounce around but if you look at their record they have picked some great winners.
By way of contrast the vast majority of funds tend to revert to the middle over time which means you do no better and no worse than someone with a dart board.
Oh and BTW their reports are handy to calibrate one's own impressions about shares in which one may wish to invest directly.
