No one monitors dosage. You get a card. Walk into a dispensary. Buy cannabis that suits your requirements. Smoke / vape it. You don't need to monitor or tack time of use like serious pharmaceutical medications. I don't see a market here. Only a very small number of cannabis users injest for serious health reasons. They rest would never pay for this service IMO.
