My hunch is there will be a revised offer, I think this is only to get the ball rolling, I think LSX, Aus Super, and Federation Mining, who together own around 50% of NUS, will be holding out for more.
It reminds me of when LSX agreed to and supported a low ball script offer for EGA by SLR about 18 months ago. No competing offer, yet SLR at the last minute came out with a significantly higher offer and it all went through.
I will not accept 35c for my holding.
