The probability of a superior offer is near zero given the board and Lion have already said they are supportive of the offer. You only have to look at previous ASX examples i.e EAR, ARS and AZM to name a few retail robberies in recent years. Most small holders will sell when they realize this, what's the point waiting months for a payday if the return from the current SP is known to be minimal, opportunities elsewhere.
