    I don't care what the long term value of what SLR as I don't hold it and I think it is overvalued compared to its peers.

    What I do think is 33c worth of SLR scrip for my EGA shares totally undervalues them. What I want to know is how EGA BOD can justify this "deal" based on the DFS numbers and the current POG.
