I do not recall that LYL has ever lost money on a contract, or got into litigation for non-performance.

WBHOI and Whittens have both had disputes with Mondium for non-payment for work on Mondium contracts, but but I do not know how those were settled. Such matters are usually settled by an arbitrator. Monodelphous treats such matters as routine, or in its words, "Claims arising out of construction contracts may be made by or against the Group in the ordinary course of business, some of which may involve litigation or arbitration." In its own right, LYL seems to never, or hardly ever, get into disputes with any parties.

Is there any instance to the contrary?
