I'll take that as "No litigation of which MarsC is aware".
When I initiated and ran a business (a vertical) on behalf of a firm, I told the CEO that I did not want to run a business that tied clients to us by contract, and that it was up to us to keep the clients satisfied. The CEO agreed, and the business was a great success. I recall losing only two clients over many years - one was acquired and merged into a larger business, and one small client shrunk even smaller, and decided that a part-time clerk could perform the service. Running a business that only had satisfied clients was a joy.
