This is a very interesting comment from the Lithium Universe Chinese visit "Most notably, the lithium producers that the company met with were expanding or modifying existing plants to be able to produce battery-grade lithium carbonate, as opposed to expansion into lithium hydroxide."

When they say "modifying exiting plants to be able to produce Carbonate" do they mean existing Hydroxide plants? If so, then that is an incredible 180 degree turn. Should the troubled TLEA Hydroxide plant in Kwinana consider this approach?
