The problem with software is it ages like milk.
You need someone keeping it up to date and patched. I would be surprised if it had any updates in the last 12 months.
Whoever buys it would strip it for parts. Hypothetically if it was worth 500k you could pay a team overseas to build you one for a fraction of that amount.
