Just spent half hr reading over this document.
Excellent acquisition, what's not to like here. 70% ownership and run of mine with new ten year lease plus ten year option.
Proven kimberlite with 1million carat resource, highest average price per carat in the world for a kimberlite mine..........
Highest price achieved $41k (US I think) per carat in the past.
Once this soaks in I can only see upside here
