... quite a bit to get your head around, but SW seems to have put his accountant hat on pretty squarely in his approach to this acquisition.
After a little digestion of information, staged payment/development is clearly the best way forward given LOM's current position. This is a clear win for the BoD and as a shareholder I am very happy.
