When these new shares hit the market they will dilute the SP by 20%.
Most likely that will see an SP sub 4c soon afterwards all things being equal.
Then we will have selling during June for the purpose of tax loss.
This should see an SP around the 3c mark.
On top of this there is the unknown factor of the Covid-19 ramifications.

I might be wrong but more likely to be correct I would suggest.
Unless of course something very remarkable happens.
Let's see how close I've called it come July.

Taking up this offer of 1 for 5 at 5c a share with the attached option is still a good move towards partly averaging down but I'm hoping for more shares at a cheaper price with no options.
