Don't worry about the number of shares be guided by the market cap which not so long ago was $100m and now $24m. If LOM gets its finances together (a big if based on its past record) the shares are stupidly cheap and you get a 10c option thrown in which might be worth a few cents in 6 months or so
The biggest concern for me is whether diamond prices will dive due to a global recession or rise due to closed mines and lots of stimulus.
