Would it not be more relevant and concerning should Non Holders actually be shareholders in a Company raising cash ?
Very hard to attribute any reason, other than a negative, point scoring agenda to such Non Holders.
How about turning the “obviously vast financial experience “ to good use ?
Come up with a more cost effective/efficient method, to negotiate the current climate, that most if not all exploratory companies are experiencing.
I’ll be doing my bit to “keep creditors happy “.
