I think they want to keep the news of the grand sale prices of these huge diamonds closer to Options expiry to ensure the price is over 30c so they will be exercised - would give them a $33 Million payday if everyone came to the party (Ann Report Dec 2014 - Number of Options Quoted Expiry 29 August 2015 $0.30 = 112,051,451)

Mr Kennedy has 751,668 Shares + 710,855 Options also expiring on 29th August so am sure he wants to exercise his too seeing he has nearly same amount of Options as he has in Shares..? Bring on May!
