Tattswah - I didn't find the statement you made in the announcement "But they held back everything over 3 carats and coloured which is classed as "special"". where did you get this information?
The 3rd sale didn't even cover the salaries of the BOD for one year. The company needs to do some corrections in their expenses or be selling a $7m parcel of diamonds each month to become cashflow positive. Hopefully the world diamond price sees some corrections soon so LOM can make some good sale quickly.
Can't always rely on finding big diamonds or huge price per carats either. The global average mentioned in the report is also not realistic unless your Argyle finding 90% industrial diamonds.
