however i have a slightly different option on why the options are a 20c
...to garentee the offer is taken up..
like i said before its a no brainer to take the offer with the options being @20c in 2 years
sell the heads and you get a free hit in 2 years at the same price as last weeks trading

im not sure why lucapa needs to ramp up mining by diluting current shareholders
after all the forcast cash flows provided by 1S1 seemed good enough the pay as they go
without the raising

i have not seen/read the announcements yet
but someone has suggested they have a few dollars worth of diamonds in stock
