The allowed maximum of 35 years awarded
Mining will operate 24 hours a day continuously.
Lucapa will receive all capital spent back from free flowing cash.

Negatives
It will take about 5 months to get current DMS capacity to 14,000 cubic meters a month and 12 months to get the rate to 40,000 a month,market may not like the time factor.
Material being processed will not be from the higher grade higher value 046 alluvial area until the dry season.
Chances of regular announcements in regards to a significant find is far less at the moment due to current areas being processed.

Overall a good announcement for long termers but not so good for the traders looking for a fast buck.
