Angola is seen as a place of exciting foreign investment, and has been for some time!
Im a gold bug and don't really care for diamonds, but the story here is just too enticing to not at least have a few k invested in this speccy IMO
I guess we just need to watch what José Eduardo dos Santos, is doing!
Anyway all eggs in any basket can make or break a man, having a chicken or 2 may feed his village for the rest of time, and if a couple of his chickens cease to lay, its easy to find another chicken coop!
