For me these are the key points for this announcement
- Our alluvial mine is profitable enough that we can make a $7m dividend within its first year (and a bit?) of operation
- We now have a precedent and clear path for repatriation of funds, something that detractors have been whining about for YEARS, which now that it is happened, apparently is not enough
- The 70% repatriation deal that was previously published is being honored, reducing sovereign risk
