- Depending on the company structure, a CEO can also adopt the role, legal status and authority of a Managing Director, leading to significant involvement in daily operations, departments, employees and legal matters.
As with Brett Lynch before him, Lucas Dow will have the roles of Managing Director and CEO.
It will be interesting to see what our company looks like, after he has had a chance to mould it into the shape he would like it to be.
