Any consolidation would be in the region of a 25:1 ratio (every 25 shares you own consolidate to 1 share .
If that was done today and you had 25,000 shares @ $0.033, after consolidation you would have 1,000 shares @ $0.825. Same total value.
Next would come a capital raise, pretty quickly at something like $0.70c and once again we would see dilution and depth in to which to make the insto investors and shorters more money all over again.
