You guys are something else, the new CEO has only just taken over and already chants and expectations are been raised setting the scene for another round of bashing if things don't go exactly as demanded, with the use of grand words such as "strategies" and " visions" which are just another way of saying where do we go next.

Assuming we can avoid C&M then the existing " vision" of being a significant player in the North American lithium space will be exactly the same and got started with the purchase of Authier then NAL.

As for "strategy " that evolves with the market but to date its been aquire assets , re start the NAL mine and concentrator get it ramped up to nameplate or beyond , increase the size of our resources which is vital if trying to attract partners or OTA's and move on to refinery at NAL...the only change in that particular plan is timing due to a collapse in concentrate prices.
Since aquiring NAL we have also added Moblan where the current strategy is to become a supplier of Spod not a refiner.

So its unlikely the vision or strategy will be any different than it is now, with the new MD's main job beyond keeping us out of C&M is finding partners/ OTA's and finance with minimal dilution and that won't happen overnight especially in this environment.

Im sure we will hear from the new CEO in due course but raising expectations is a recipe for disappointment, what matters is if he is up to the task and that will take a lot of time to establish, fancy words mean nothing.
