perhaps punters arent happy with the million of options and shares issued for sign on fee + performance based incentives + healthy salary
having said that seems like someone with significant experience so looking at his base salary compared to Fowler I reckon the chairman should take a 75% paycut (perhaps more)
seems like good news to me but Fowler giving himself a healthy pat on the back with a few extra options for finding such an experienced new CEO would not entirely surprise me...
