yes they can until such time the sale gets sign of ,IMO there will be other offers .
This is a very large oil field ,most of the hard work has be done ,so they know that there is a shit load of oil ,We have seen the worst oil decline in history ,and it is turning around
LOTS of oil company,s are looking at bargains and there is no better then FAR to pick up for alot less ,that they have spent to discover the oil field ,The question is how much will we get .I think for sure ,i will not see all of my money unless we get 7.9c
