Given the improvement in the POO which appears to be gathering momentum, I think the bargaining position of FAR has improved substantially and we may see a better deal brokered or even FAR being offered a deal to rejoin the JV by WPL, as has been suggested by others on this forum.
The top three shareholders in FAR are calling the shots now and given their substantial investment, I'm sure they will be very keen to hold out for a better outcome.
