I didn’t analyse it, so I can’t comment on the word/s that appear to have created a legal deception. What I think I do know, is that management have stated that the agreement with the third party is commercially confidential in nature (?). If it’s a case of them having knowledge that it’s reasonable to assume that it’s therefore unlikely that a company would proceed with a T/O or a purchase of WI, then those types would never state the word Sale.
