A vote of no is a death sentence to FAR.
I would expect WPL holders to encourage a No vote as that means WPL get FAR stake for free.
FAR management have no intention of securing finance as evidenced by the past 6-9 months.
If a 'No' vote gets up FAR directors will immediately appoint administrators and we all say goodbye to what little we can salvage now. Administrators would not consider trying to find finance.
