If you step back Mad, and not rely on an email from the media liaison, and relied on what both FAR and CNE said, CNE September, Far in October and then again at the AGM in May, then you can draw no other conclusion that neither FAR or CNE were aware.
Both Phil and OOO posted from the AGM that FAR were not aware.
