Are they referring to the final approved plan/cost etc and are they/FAR saying that at no point prior to this October date the operator/JV never discussed the option to buy!.

In terms of CNE what do you expect them to say until something is signed off by the JV they will report what is the current poistion its just like saying no CR the day before one or we have binding finance. It may not be right but thats how its works all Companies present information that may have aslight slant on it to suit their own position or the message they want to present to the market/shareholders
