no, you cannot realise tax losses if FAR is delisted !!
that's the issue.
you can only realise a tax loss when you sell the shares - or when the Liquidator states that there will be no return for equity holders.
so we are better off with a sale to WPL and a re-listing. then we each can decide what to do IMHO
