If FAR cannot arrange finance, then it is due to Saudi uncompetitve practices on the oil price and covid19 effects.
FAR should declare force majeure.
They should request government assistance for the debt finance.
The have oil as security for the debt.
They can obtain finance or the finance markets are broken.
The austrlian government needs to step in.
But FAR must bring this to the governments attention.
