You meant it could only lose 5 cents (5 - 5 = 0).
Beagle interpreted your post as 5 cents downside target as in 5 cents will be the lowest share price and stated that it can go to 0 (so he agreed with you).
Just a bit of misunderstanding as "downside is 5c" can be interpreted in 2 ways.
