Agreed, I also think the so called "delay in issuing the work permits" could also be a front to negotiating and finalising an extension on the kimberlite exploration programme. LOM purposely delayed any drilling until an extension on the permit was secured - just my thoughts. I'm in for the long haul as the true rewards are just around the corner.
