    This is very, very simple stuff!!

    Rosas & Petalas own the lease!! They don't have the money or knowledge to mine their own land. They gave Lucapa 40% ownership, in return Lucapa pay for the mining and exploration costs, in which 100% of the costs get paid back to Lucapa!! Thats a great deal!!!
