Can you help me out with this rumour file?

We've consistently heard from dazza about Warwick Grigor and how he is keen on the company, but holding it back in terms of SP.

Now, Grigor still holds all of his oppies, which are worth nothing unless the share price were to be about 35-40c come late August.

So rationally, he would want the price to go up from here.

Conversely, any new holder wouldn't want the price to go there in that time frame, as then all options would be exercised, which would dilute the company almost 50%, and they don't hold any if the free options to compensate.

And then the company, which if it could get the bridging finance, also wouldn't need the options exercised as it would in its opinion have enough money to get it through until it becomes self sufficient.

The question is, which of those factors do you think will have the greatest influence
