"Letseng Diamonds is, as I mentioned the most special producing kimberlite pipe in the world. It has a grade of 1.6 carats per hundred tones, ok. Average dollar per carat is $2,100/ct. If you go and have a look at its half year report that it released in July, it produced $46m of diamonds for the six months. I say to now, it’s not about the quantum of carats in the ground, it’s about the value of diamonds in the ground. Do not get hung up on cpht or cphm, it’s about the value of the diamonds that we’re recovering out of the ground. I’d rather recover 1 x 90 carat every three months then recover 90 carats in single stones every day. It’s the value that you get out of the ground per cube that we should be targeting and looking at. This is a special mine – low grade, Type lla, big stones and that is the model we are looking to."
