    ROM or run of mine means stock pile ready for crusher or DMS in diamond mining. Trucks dump onto ROM ready for and close to next process. So yes agree they mean as comes into DMS without selection from stock pile. They probably have another stock pile ready for smaller size diamonds after initial DMS to fully sort out smaller rocks.
