Only part of that statement is correct B22... yes the oversize has already been screened, but is hasn't been through full processing (ie through recoveries plant). It previously bounced off the top screen straight onto the oversize belt and onto the oversize stockpile. Therefore,it is entirely possible IMHO that there are large diamonds sitting in the 'pile.
The throughput from the o/s 'pile will be lower, and slower than material direct from the pit (due to it's nominal size), so I wouldn't be too concerned if reported tonnages are lower than ROM aggregate, plus the oversize has already been washed, and there will be minimal fine material to adhere to potential finds as it passes through the XRT and oversize cpt will bear no relation to as-dug figures (on the upside).
They're chuffing along quite nicely at the moment.. I'm a happy holder.
