It’s difficult to get a clear bird’s eye view of L71 due to the fact that there was a small bush fire around that target at the time GE satellite snapped the shot.
Years ago I painstakingly stitched together multiple images I downloaded from a mapping service (ArcGIS) and overlaid the final image onto GE. In the below image of a snapshot of the ArcGIS (low resolution) map overlaid onto GE, you can clearly see L71’s signature as altered vegetation.
