Lucapa Diamond Company Limited (ASX: LOM) (“Lucapa”) is pleased to announce a special distribution has been made to the Lulo Diamond Project partners following the sale of the iconic 404 carat Lulo alluvial
diamond (see ASX announcement 29 February 2016).
Lucapa’s net share of the special distribution totalled US$5.9 million (A$8.3 million).
Lucapa is the operator of the Lulo project and has a 40% interest in the alluvial diamond mining operations.
Endiama E.P, Angola’s national diamond company, has a 32% interest with private Angolan partner Rosas &
Pétalas holding 28%.
