If a small cap that will need future funds for extracting diamonds has an opportunity to receive $17 million ... why would they do anything to jeopardise this?
Directors also have a fair few LOMOB and hence they would be mad not to get the LOMOB across the line and reap the benefit that they justly deserve.
Still looks like it will take more positive announcements to put a rocket under this share price ... simply a matter of time (which is fine ... as I ain't going no where).
