If that is the case and LOM believed it was the wrong thing to do (or were forced):
1. I'm sure they would have advised the business partners ... yes, they have minority ownership, but they do control all mining operations (and if not in agreeance with business partner decisions ... could make or break this project). The JV partners would be crazy to force the "key" income producing partner into doing something that they did not agree with.
2. The LOM BOD would be unethical and negligent - and history tells me that LOM BOD have not done anything of the sort in the many many years diligently working in Angola.
