IMO this ann's may mean that the gazetting is almost ready to go. Partners would have pushed the distribution because they would not want all that cash sitting in the JV account once LOM can legally start to reclaim from it. Hopefully our BoD would have used this as leverage to finalise the process and get gazetting completed.
We will find out one way or another within a fortnight would be my guess. GLTAH.
