Great point and very perceptive ... that's right the Gazetting would obviously have been discussed at the then "proposed" distribution meeting / discussion.
We will give you what you would like ... if you finalise what we would like and have been waiting forever for.
You must have imagined yourself in the meeting and what may have been discussed at the time ... which I'm sure would have been quite a few items (I'm sure it was not a 1 agenda item meeting!!!).
