    I don’t ring the company on minor issues like that, or their phones would be ‘ringing off the hook’ as we used to say. The few times I have contacted them, I’ve always had a satisfactory response and sufficient time allowed to discuss whatever.
    I don’t know, but just maybe you need to assess your own attitude.
