I think this announcement reads much better than previous ones. I would find it unlikely they couldn't identify the biomarkers in Phase 2 given the technology already exists. They are just improving the quality of the test with updated systems and controls.
I reckon Phase 2 will be in the bag. Its just about when Phase 3 will commence and when those funds are received.
