People are hopefully aware that BARDA are the emergency response group that are first line planners for Covid and Bird Flu outbreaks for example.
A contract with them would make us all very very rich, even those with small holdings.
These guys hand out contracts worth hundreds of millions of US dollars annually.
I cannot stress just how potentially game changing this is.
