I sort of agree, but this not the whole story.

LDX is suffering from being a totally crap company before Doug took over.

There is still a massive amount of 'won't touch them with a bargepole' attached to LDX.

The SP won't hold up until investors lose that sentiment and buy into what the company is doing.

Here's the thing though - LDX can't announce the vast majority of the positive things that these IP contracts will lead into because the contracts haven't been signed yet.

They can't tell the market that the Hologic deal is potentially worth $10 million PA in 'royalties' as it isn't a done deal as yet.

The same with Burnett.

Now with BARDA - of course the plan is to prove FebriDx works and that the US Govt should buy 25,000,000 million tests per quarter. That's why LDX are doing this.
But there isn't a signed contract.

LDX cannot announce contract extensions, when they haven't been been legally finalised.

It's frustrating, and yes the SP will almost certainly drift back down again.

So what to do?

If you think LDX are finally getting things right - you stock up at low low prices and wait for the contracts.

If not - you sell. Swallow your loss.

What is not in doubt is that LDX are funded now for 18 months.




The ability of HotCopper punters to blame the boogieman (AKA they, them, cappers, 7th day adventists etc etc) for making really rubbish investment choices never ceases to amaze.
