Similar story here. Still smarting from contributing to the raise last year only to learn post-raise that Sam was back paying himself $20k a month for corporate advisory role! Which is a massive indictment on him and the board who were in place at the time.
So yesterday I took up 1.5 shares for each share I was holding at 3.7 cents.
Now my break even is 6.3 cents per share and I think we can get there pretty easily. However, we will have circa 750 million shares on issue!!
Currently, I think we have a negative or close to zero enterprise valuation, ie our market cap is approximately our cash.
So, say things go well, we get to a market cap of $100M USD? That's 20 cents a share, and maybe we can get there by 30 June 2025?
It's a sh!t return for the 6 years I will have been here (got in at seed, and even the seed shares are underwater at the moment); but it could be a good return from here, and I'm happy with the 16% overnight
